How to uninstall Notion Calendar on Mac completely
Notion Calendar, the app that used to be called Cron, shows the Google, iCloud and Outlook calendars you connect to it. Removing the app doesn’t touch those calendars, but it leaves its data, caches and settings on your Mac — some of them still under the old Cron name. Here is how to remove all of it.

- Open MacWashing and choose Uninstaller in the sidebar.
- Click Show Apps and check Notion Calendar in the list.
- Click Remove and confirm. Files that may be yours are listed as Possible and stay unchecked.

Disconnect your calendar accounts first
This step is optional. It stops Notion Calendar from accessing your calendars. Deleting the app alone doesn’t do that.
- Open Notion Calendar and open its Settings.
- Under Calendar accounts in the sidebar, select the account you want to remove.
- Click Disconnect. Repeat for your other accounts.
You can also remove the app’s access later from your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Delete Notion Calendar in Finder
Notion Calendar has no uninstaller of its own, so you delete it like most Mac apps.
- Quit Notion Calendar: right-click its icon in the Dock and choose Quit, and quit it in the menu bar too if it has an icon there.
- Open Finder › Applications and drag Notion Calendar to the Trash.
- Enter your administrator password if macOS asks for it.
What Notion Calendar leaves behind
Check these places in the Library folder inside your home folder:
~/Library/Application Support/Notion Calendar— the app’s data.~/Library/Application Support/Notion Calendar/Cache— the cache, inside the same folder.~/Library/Application Support/Notion Calendar/Service Worker/CacheStorage— saved copies of the app’s web content.~/Library/Preferences/com.cron.electron.plist— settings, named after Cron.~/Library/Saved Application State/com.cron.electron.savedState— the saved window state.
Remove the leftovers by hand
- In Finder, choose Go › Go to Folder (Shift-Command-G), type a path from the list above and press Return.
- Move the folder or file to the Trash. Deleting
~/Library/Application Support/Notion Calendarremoves the caches inside it too. - Repeat for the other paths.
- Restart your Mac, then empty the Trash.

Questions and answers
Will MacWashing delete my own files when it removes Notion Calendar?
No. The Uninstaller checks only what belongs to the app: its settings, caches, logs and background items. Folders that may hold your own files are listed as Possible and stay unchecked until you check them yourself, and apps go to the Trash by default, so you can put them back.
What if Notion Calendar is still running?
MacWashing waits for it to quit, or quits it at your request, and only then removes its files.
Is it free to uninstall Notion Calendar with MacWashing?
Yes, within the free trial: System Junk and the Uninstaller free up to 25 GB in total, with no account or card needed.
Does uninstalling Notion Calendar delete my events?
No. Notion Calendar shows the calendars of your Google, iCloud or Outlook accounts, and the events stay in those accounts. You can still see them in the calendar’s own app or website.
Does deleting Notion Calendar also remove Notion?
No. Notion Calendar is a separate app from Notion. Deleting one leaves the other, and your Notion pages and databases stay in your Notion workspace.
Can I reinstall Notion Calendar later?
Yes. Download it again from notion.com and sign in. If you disconnected your calendar accounts, connect them again in Settings.
