14-day money-back guarantee

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying a license or of a subscription renewal. You do not have to give a reason.

The guarantee applies once per customer. We may refuse a refund for repeated cycles of buying and refunding, for example on another account or with the same Mac.

How to ask

Use the link in the receipt e-mail from our reseller, or write to [email protected] from the e-mail address of your account. The money returns to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to the license

The refunded license is revoked: your Macs switch to the free mode at their next check, within three days at most. Your account and its Macs stay; you can buy again at any time.

For a refunded renewal, the subscription is cancelled as well.

After the refund period

Cancelling a subscription stops the next charge; the license stays active until the end of the period already paid. Requests after 14 days are considered individually, and your rights under consumer law are not affected.
